The eye of Sauron winks and nods
The only pinball machine I’ve seen with a stock Nixie tube score display is West Club, made in 1967 by Rally out of Nice, France
So this happened. I was invited to bring the bird into the Pacific Pinball Museum Annex for a little looksee. The last time I was here was in 2016 (I think) when they were last open to the public. These hundreds, maybe thousands, of pinball machines are constantly being worked on, catalogued, photographed and some will live at the PPM in downtown Alameda. In the not so distant future, the museum will reopen to the public and you will be able to play them again. That day can’t come soon enough!
It’s jive turkey happy hour
